The Heavy Duty Pole is designed for dealing with known dangerous dogs and is appropriately robust in construction. The handle is made of 32mm diameter high grade aluminium tube, whilst the lanyard has been tested to 350kg loading. Once a dog has been secured, the lanyard can be held in position by means of a 4 position lock, it is very easy to at any point to loosen or tighten the lanyard as required.
