Herm Sprenger collars should fit just below the dog's ears. We suggest measuring the largest part of the dogs head with a piece of string as you need to be sure the chain will be big enough to go over the dog's head and then add another 3cm - Sizes shown are measured from ‘O’ ring to ‘O’ ring, with sizes approximate to +/- 10mm.
