The black stainless steel chains are cleaned of galvanic colour residues during the final production process. However, depending on the chain type and product, slight residues may remain. In addition, it is not a permanent coating, so the constant friction of the fur on the metal can create an antique look. Therefore this beautiful quality is not suitable for white or very light haired dogs.

Sturdy, great size. Our pup is not far off needing this one. We bought some extra links of the 2.25 collar in the meantime. But we are confident this 3.2 half check with clip will be perfect for her to grow into in the next few weeks. These collars have transformed our ability to walk/train our Dutchie. We were nervous in the beginning given all the FF content/ideology out there but actually this balanced training tool has improved our rapport with the pup and our overall quality of life. Life changing
I bought one for my Doberman X GSD who've I've tried EVERYTHING to get to walk nicely and it worked immediately. She's so much calmer too and pleased to not have a head harness bugging her anymore. Loved it so much I bought the bigger size for my Labrador who pulls only when he knows he's going to the park, this has completely fine tuned his heel walking. Wish I had bought sooner!
